Coaching & Spiritual Development

When we learn / are taught a new skill, the rate of actually implementing that learning in our lives is only 22.4%. However, when that training / learning is combined with coaching, the likelihood of the desired behavior being incorporated into our life increases to 88%. Coaching can take our best ideas and intentions and bring them to life.

Common goals of clients include (but are certainly not limited to): improving family dynamics, discerning major life decisions, coping effectively with crisis, reaching personal goals, etc. Alison Young integrates her coaching skills, theological training, and pastoral and leadership experience to provide clients with a unique container to reach any of their life goals in a way that integrates and honors their spiritual values and priorities.

Coaching can take place one-on-one, as a team, or as a group, and is a vehicle to systematically take you from where you are to wherever you want to be.

In addition to pastoral and spiritual direction expertise, Alison Young has been trained through Coach Approach Skills Training (CAST).
