SQ21: The 21 skills of Spiritual Intelligence

One of the modalities of maturity available to clients when working with Alison Young is the SQ21.

This statistically verified, computer-based self-assessment plots one’s current levels of spiritual maturation on each of the 21 skills of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), which are the (learnable) skills that build on the skills of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The assessment report crystalizes one’s self-understanding and potential, and then assists the client in creating a growth plan that, coupled with regular coaching, serves as a map and vehicle for spiritual growth.

Alison Young is trained and certified to administer and interpret the SQ21. It is included as part of EMERGE, and may also be used in private coaching settings.
